The default format for videos on this CD is .avi which plays on all PCs and most Macs having current QuickTime 4 video players installed.

PC users should view the videos from the default "Help Videos" menu on the CD, which uses the Shockwave Flash (.swf) Javi.exe video player directly. This yields optimal view results.*

Macintosh video play from Flash is not supported, so a web browser interface (with "Videos Menu") is offered to access the videos. The .avi-format videos require the QuickTime 4.0 or higher media player plug-in (free at the Apple link below), installed in the browser.

Also note that depending on the speed of your computer's CD reader, each 2-6 minute movie may take a few seconds or so to upload and start playing.

*PC users may prefer to play videos from their web browser in the same way that Mac users must do; however, this may slightly lessen the video view quality.
